The reasons why Ukash is not available in the United States probably I am not in conditions to know it, but I have a clear idea about it. In first place we should know that Ukash is a government plan which started in United Kingdom –specifically in England-, European Union and South Africa. The central aim of Ukash is stop definitely the online crime, credit card fraud and any kind of electronic crime.
